ID No : | 3 Edit | Title: | Sulfur Concrete: A Viable Alternative for Lunar Construction |
Summary / Review : |
Sulfur is substituted for water in making lunar cements because water is too valuable for other applications and sulfur is abundantly available and easily extracted from lunar material.
The authors review engineering laboratory experience with sulfur concretes over the previous 20 years approximately, which shows very encouraging results. |
